Raw Milk Agreement

I acknowledge that I am an informed end customer and will not engage in the resale of this milk in any form, in accordance with Montana State Law.

I consent to the following warning label: Raw (unpasteurized) milk and raw milk dairy products may contain microorganisms that can cause disease. Individuals at highest risk include newborns and infants, the elderly, pregnant women, those on corticosteroids, antibiotics, or antacids, and individuals with chronic illnesses or other conditions that compromise immunity (per RAWMI).

I understand that this milk has not been licensed, permitted, certified, packaged, labeled, or inspected according to any official regulations (per Montana State Law).

I agree to collect the milk on the day of delivery or the following day (only applicable if there is a drop fridge for your delivery location). Milk not collected within two days will be discarded, and you will be charged for the delivered milk.

Milk orders must be submitted weekly by the delivery deadline. Orders not placed on time are not guaranteed and will automatically be scheduled for delivery the following week unless prior arrangements have been made.

I agree that payment is required at or before pickup, and future orders will not be delivered until payment is received.

I agree to exchange one half-gallon Ball Mason jar with a clean lid each jar of milk collected. These jars will be clean, free of debris, and used exclusively for raw milk. A $5 fee will be charged for each missing or dirty jar.
