A Complete Guide for New Customers: How to Place Orders and Pick Up Farm-Fresh Dairy Products

The Ordering Process

Orders are submitted on a weekly basis. This system helps us manage inventory efficiently and guarantees that you receive the freshest products possible. Weekly ordering also enables us to provide additional raw milk products like cream, hard cheese, butter, whey, and more.

Orders must be placed through the website each week, either as a one-time purchase or through an automatic subscription. For one-time orders, select your items and submit your order before the weekly deadline. Please note that this is the only option if you prefer to pay with cash, Venmo, etc. Alternatively, there is a weekly or bi-weekly subscription option that allows you to pay with a card and automatically receive the same order each week. These card transactions are slightly higher in price to cover some of the card fees.

If you choose to place orders weekly, we recommend setting a weekly reminder on your phone to ensure timely delivery. If you opt to pay with cash, Venmo, or check, remember to enter the promo code at checkout to receive a "CASH" discount.

The Pickup Process

All our raw milk products are exclusively sold in glass jars. When picking up your order, bring a clean Ball half-gallon mason jar to exchange for each jar of milk. This reduces waste and ensures our farm-fresh dairy stays fresher for longer.

If you don't have a clean jar to exchange, we can sell you one for $5. We request that all jars be returned clean with the Dirty Girl Farm lid.

If picking up from a drop location, please ensure you pick up your pre-ordered items from the correct fridge and fill out the pickup sheet completely each time. This helps us track inventory and resolve any discrepancies, which ultimately improves our service to you and ensures you get exactly what you ordered.
