Welcome to Dirty Girl Farm! We are excited to have you as part of our community. As we welcome each of you as a new customer, we want to make sure you are aware of the minor changes for future milk orders. Your trust means a lot to us, and we appreciate your support during this important transition.
Bobbi and I are in the process of gradually transitioning all orders. While this transition will span several weeks, we aim to handle orders collaboratively during this period. Your patience and understanding are crucial as we work to ensure this process is smooth and efficient for everyone.

What’s Different About Ordering
One major change is that you will need to place your orders weekly. This system allows us to manage our inventory more effectively and ensures that you receive only the freshest products available. Weekly ordering also allows us to supply you with additional raw milk products such as cream, hard cheese, butter, whey, and more.
Orders must be placed via the website every week, either as a one-time purchase or as an automatic subscription. For one-time orders, you’ll select your items and submit your order before the designated deadline each week. Please note this is the only option if you would like to pay with cash, Venmo, etc. If you'd like, there is also a weekly or bi-weekly subscription option that allows you to pay with a card and automatically receive the same order each week. These card transactions are priced slightly higher to accommodate for some of the card fees.
Should you decide to place orders weekly, we suggest setting a weekly reminder on your phone to ensure you receive your weekly delivery. If you opt to pay with cash, Venmo, or check, please remember to enter the promo code at checkout to benefit from a "CASH" discount.
The New Pickup Process- Jar Exchanges
Along with the weekly ordering process, we have an important change regarding how you pick up your products. Now, you will need to bring a clean Ball half-gallon mason jar to exchange for each jar of milk when picking up your order. This helps us cut down on waste and ensures that every drop of our delicious, farm-fresh dairy stays fresher, longer.
If you don't have a clean jar to exchange, don't worry, we can sell you one for $5. We do ask that all jars are returned clean with the Dirty Girl Farm lid and band.

The New Schedule- Delivery Days
The Wildflower Raw Milk shed will now have deliveries on Wednesday and Saturday. I've added a poll to collect preferences for pick-up days. The delivery day for Avon is still being finalized, so if you're an Avon customer, please choose the day that suits you best to help us find the most convenient option for everyone.
